The nature of the services we provide results in many of our items being non-returnable unless faulty. The tailored products we manufacture are bespoke to your needs and are therefore not resalable.

Faults & Defects

In the unlikely event that there is an error with your order and we are at fault, please contact us on the abovementioned email address. We will endeavour to resolve any case where the solution isn’t meeting your requirements, by reworking or adapting the original item supplied.

Conditions of return;

  • Unless faulty, refunds cannot be made for custom-made items.
  • If faulty we would expect to be notified of the issue within 14 days of delivery, at this stage we will assess the issue and identify the correct solution.
  • If we've identified a fault or defect and need the product returned, we'll handle the collection and arrange for it to be sent back to Specialised Canvas.
